Shri. Daulat Anandrao Hawaldar, IAS, (Retd.) is an IAS Officer of 2003 batch of AGMUT Cadre. A Post Graduate in Industrial Psychology at Bombay University, Shri. Hawaldar, had a short stint at both National Institute of Bank Management and Institute of Banking at Bombay.

In the State Administration, Shri. Hawaldar, has headed various Departments, such as Employment, Civil Supplies, Transport, Municipal Administration etc. He has worked as Collector, South-Goa. In Arunachal Pradesh, he was Secretary Transport and Secretary Finance, during which, he was awarded Gold Medal on 26th January, 2016. After his return to Goa he had a long tenure as Commissioner & Secretary (Finance). He retired from the State administration on 30.09.2020

He was selected as an IPS Officer by UPSC in 1985 and thereafter as Maharashtra Civil Service, however, he settled as Goa Civil Service Officer in 1988, being the last batch of UPSC before the Statehood. Shri. Hawaldar, joined as a Member of the Commission on 03.02.2020 and completed his tenure on 02.02.2025.

Shri. Menino D’Souza, IAS (Retd.) was a 2011 batch Officer of AGMUT Cadre of IAS. A Science Graduate by training, Shri. D’Souza, joined as State Civil Service in 1998; being the Officer of the first batch of the Goa Public Service Commission.

After a brief stint as Revenue Officer in Collectorate, he was promoted as Senior Scale Officer. He has headed different Departments in the State Administration, such as Project Director DRDA South, Director of Panchayats, Commissioner of Excise, Director of Tourism etc. He has also held charge of Managing Director of Goa Industrial Development Corporation, Director of Industries, etc.

During his tenure, he has extensively digitized the process in Excise Department. Shri. D’Souza was inducted to IAS and held the charge as Secretary Panchayats, RDA, Art & Culture etc. Shri. D’Souza joined as a Member of the Commission on 03.02.2020 and completed his tenure on 02.02.2025.
